FireScope Data Deletion Instructions
What can be deleted
- User-submitted community reports (text and/or uploaded images) submitted via FireScope.
- Account-related data if FireScope is running with user accounts enabled in your deployment.
What FireScope does not store
FireScope does not store Facebook user profiles or Facebook Login data for end-users (the app reads public page posts for monitoring). If your request concerns Facebook account data, manage it through Meta’s own settings.
How to request deletion

Email
info@invoicepocket.euwith subject: FireScope deletion request. (Replace this email with your operational email if different.) -
Include one of the following so we can identify the record:
- Report ID (if you have it), or
- Approximate time of submission + description + screenshot, or
- Any permalink/reference shown in the FireScope UI.
- We will confirm completion once the report/data has been removed.
Response timeline
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days.
